- Delivered work
- Approved five-step checklist and welcome draft, owned tasks, blocker evidence and kickoff acceptance.
- Measurement
- Scoped engagements → approved checklists → completed intake/access checks → reviewer-accepted kickoff readiness.
- Outside this scope
- Signature verification, automated email/reminders, document uploads and external calendars. Operators verify and deliver through approved systems.
Proposed pilot: $750 / 30 days / up to 5 onboardings. Named operator and reviewer required before service starts. Meeting Actions and Client Onboarding create tasks inside Cortado; follow-up messages are delivered by your operator through the approved channel.
