Commission sales · Miami · Bilingual
We hand you the list. You bring the hustle.
Cafecito AI builds the systems Miami businesses actually need — bilingual phone receptionists, instant quote tools, review and reactivation bots. We need people who can call a business owner, walk into a shop, and have the conversation. You're not cold-guessing and you're not selling vapor — we give you a vetted list of businesses that already fit the product, and you go get them.
01The money
Fixed prices — you never negotiate, you never discount. You earn 20% of the setup fee on every business you close, paid when the deal signs. Clean payday per deal, $2,000 to $2,000:
| What you sell | Their setup fee | You earn |
|---|---|---|
| Bakery / Wholesale | $10,000 | $2,000 |
| Clinic / Medspa | $10,000 | $2,000 |
| Contractor / Sign Shop | $10,000 | $2,000 |
| Restaurant / Local Services | $10,000 | $2,000 |
| Solo Professional | $10,000 | $2,000 |
| Trades Phone Coverage | $10,000 | $2,000 |
What different paces pay — every month
At an average of $2,000 per close. This is arithmetic, not a promise — but the leads and training are real, so the work converts.
Part-time-friendly: most reps start at a close or two a week alongside another job, and push from there.
02What you're selling
Five packaged AI systems Miami businesses want the second they understand them: a phone receptionist that answers every call in English and Spanish, a tool that turns a photo into a full quote in 90 seconds, bots that answer reviews and win back old customers. It's real and it already runs — our systems are live for Miami businesses right now. We build it, deliver it, and support it. Your job is the conversation, not the tech.
03What you actually do — the day
-
We hand you a vetted list
Real Miami businesses, already matched to the product that fits them. You're not pulling names out of the phone book — the homework is done.
-
You call them, or you walk in
Your call, lead by lead. Some you'll phone first and set a meeting; some you'll just walk into on a slow Tuesday afternoon. Whatever gets you in front of the owner.
-
You show a 90-second demo on your phone
The demo does the explaining. You don't memorize a tech pitch — you pull it up, they watch it work, and the conversation starts itself.
-
You close it — or you book it
Got the signature on the spot? That's the goal. Want backup on a big one? Book it and a Cafecito closer takes it home with you. Either way, it's your deal and your commission.
-
You get paid
20% of the setup fee, the day the deal signs. No waiting on a drip — every close is a clean payday.
04What a week looks like
Field sales is a numbers game, and the numbers are friendly when the leads are pre-vetted. A realistic week:
More dials and more doors move every number down the line. The pace is yours to set.
05What we give you
- A vetted list of Miami businesses to work — refreshed, not recycled.
- The 90-second demos and a phone + walk-in playbook (call openers, what to say at the door, how to handle the four objections you'll actually hear).
- Training before you ever dial — and a closer to lean on for the big ones.
- The whole product, built and supported by us. You sell it; we run it.
- A live dashboard — every call, visit, booking, deal, and dollar, paid and pending.
06Your first 90 days
Week 1
Trained and on the street
You learn the five products, the demos, and the playbook. You get your list and your own dashboard. By the end of the week you're making real calls and your first walk-ins.
Month 1
First closes, finding your rhythm
You land your first deals — and your first paydays. You learn which openers land, which neighborhoods move, whether you're a caller or a door-knocker. The closer has your back on the bigger ones.
Month 3
A real book and a real number
You've got a routine, a territory you know, and a closing rate you can count on. Now it's just volume — every close is $2,000–$2,000, and the pace is yours.
07Who this is for
You'll do well here if you're:
- Bilingual. Miami runs on English and Spanish — you need both.
- Good with people, in person and on the phone. You can walk into a room cold and have a real conversation.
- Hungry. This is commission — the ceiling is high and it's on you to reach it.
- Able to get around Miami. A car helps a lot; the visits are where deals close.
No sales experience required. If you've waited tables, worked retail, run your own side hustle, or just know how to talk to people — that's the raw material. We train the rest.
08Straight answers
- Is there a base salary?
- No — this is commission-only, 1099, your own hours. But you're not prospecting from zero: we hand you the list and the product. The hustle is yours; the leads are ours.
- How much can I actually make?
- Every close pays $2,000–$2,000, the day it signs. Pace sets the rest — a close or two a week alongside another job, or full-time volume. The chart above is the honest arithmetic.
- Do I need sales experience?
- No. We train you before you make a call. We're hiring for personality and drive — the rest is teachable.
- Do I need a car?
- It helps a lot. You can work the phone without one, but the in-person visits are where the bigger deals close.
- Can I do this alongside another job or school?
- Yes — your hours, your pace. Most reps will start this way.
- Do I need to understand the technology?
- No. You show a 90-second demo and have a conversation. We handle every technical piece — building, delivering, supporting.
- What if I get someone interested but can't close it?
- Book it. A Cafecito closer finishes it with you, and it still counts as your deal and your commission.
- How and when do I get paid?
- 20% of the setup fee, paid out after the deal signs. Your dashboard tracks every dollar; payouts run on a set schedule.
